I'm a dynamic UX Researcher with a multifaceted background spanning education, psychology, healthcare, and communications. As a UX Researcher, I apply my knowledge of psychology and human-centered communication principles to help technology companies gain insights into their customers' needs and goals. I hold a B.A. in Psychology, M.A. in Human-Centered Communications, and a certificate in UX Research and Design.

With over 9 years of research experience—6 in academic psychology/human centered research and 3 in user experience—I’m particularly passionate about using user-centered design to make a positive impact in technology. My experience includes conducting generative and evaluative research using various methods (e.g., user interviews, surveys, usability tests) and remote testing/survey tools (e.g., UserZoom, Qualtrics, Survey Monkey). I have collaborated with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify research needs, craft plans, as well as synthesize and communicate findings. Some of my recent projects include creating research-informed critiques and feedback for product prototypes at Pinterest and enhancing the user experience of digital platforms for K-12 learning at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.

I am passionate about using user-centered methodologies to design for positive change and social impact, especially in the education sector. I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques to improve my research practice and contribute to the UX community.
